Battery Jump Starter for Your Car

There are many great reasons to have a car battery jump starter.  Most of them do much more than just jump start your dead car battery.  Take a quick glance at many of the features and benefits these devices can offer you.

The most obvious reason for having a battery jump starter for your car is that it will save you when you have a dead battery.  Now it won't help you if your starter motor is messed up, but if your battery is dead, this can give it the boost it needs.  You can figure that out with a simple multimeter device like the Fluke 87 or Fluke 83 device.

The great thing about having one of a portable jump starter is that it is small and you can carry it around in your trunk.  One of the biggest inconveniences of a dead car battery is that you need another vehicle to jump your car.

You may not always have a second vehicle around.  You may not have friends or family around when your car is dead.  And calling AAA and waiting for maybe hours, can be a huge inconvenience.  With a car jump starter, all of those problems are virtually eliminated.

It's small enough to fit into your trunk.  In addition, you don't need another vehicle.  Sometimes, even if you have another car around, it can be hard to maneuver both cars into the correct position, especially since one of the cars can't be moved.

In addition to the jump start feature, many also come with air compressors.  This will enable you to inflate your car tires if they deflate.  You can also use it to pump air into other things like bicycle tires and sporting equipment.

Many also come with the ability to give you portable power.  Some come with DC, AC or both types of outlets for your small electronic devices.  This comes in super handy if you go camping or have other outdoor events.  I'm telling you, a battery jump starter is one of the most useful things you can ever own.
